AMG – Calendar Invite System

Calendar Invite System allows Salesforce users to manage Google Calendar events directly from within Salesforce. The app helps users schedule client appointments without leaving the Salesforce environment. 

With this integration, users can create, update, and send Google Calendar invites from Salesforce records such as Contacts. This improves productivity and ensures that client interactions are logged and visible inside Salesforce.

  • Create new Google Calendar events directly from Salesforce 
  • Update existing events with details such as time, date, location, and attendees 
  • Send Google Calendar invites to clients and internal team members 
  • Keep event details in Salesforce 
     

Data Usage and Security 

  • The app uses OAuth 2.0 for secure Google authentication. 
  • Salesforce securely stores event metadata to keep Salesforce records synchronized. 
  • No Google Calendar data is shared outside the user’s Salesforce organization.
